Liquid Hard Evidence Latent Print Developer works essentially the same way Hard Evidence Latent Print Fuming Pouches (Reorder Number HE-FP) do; however, in order to accelerate the generation of cyanoacrylate fumes, a hot plate is frequently used.

Simply pour the appropriate amount of Liquid Hard Evidence™ into a small aluminum tray and place the tray on an electric hot plate.

The 16 oz./1 lb. bottle includes 5 empty 1 oz. dispenser bottles.
